LIMITED WARRANTY.

Nipoori UK Ltd. Warrants the purchaser of this product free of defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years under normal use.  Warranty does not apply to damages caused by acts of God, neglect of the product, alteration of or tampering with the appliance, accidental, hostile environment, improper installation, or installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in the manual.

The warranty is non-transferable and also becomes void if:

· It is used for commercial or rental purposes.

· Damages from flare-ups fires and temperatures exceeding 300°C (572°F).

· Fading or discolorations of the exterior surface from exposure to chemicals, oils, fat/grease and temperature exceeding 300°C (572°F).

Warranty and Original purchase receipt from an authorised representative must accompany all warranty claims.

The term of this warranty shall commence on the date of purchase and is not subject to extension of any kind as a result of any repair or replacement being made during the lifetime of the warranty.

Nipoori UK Ltd., and its Authorised Service Agents reserves the right to replace or repair the product within the warranty period free of charge, provided that product is delivered to our Authorised Service Agents or Service Department and freight charges both ways are paid by the owner. No liability will be accepted for any loss or damages in transit. an answer to this item.
